All mailers are sent from Florida (USA) during the first week of each month.

Did you join between March 1 - March 31? Your first mailer will be for the month of April, which will be shipped during the first week of April. (Please allow up to 14 business days for US delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery after mailers have been shipped.)

Please note, you will receive an email when your mailer has been shipped.

All mail club subscriptions are mailed with standard stamps to keep your subscription affordable. Unfortunately, there is no tracking available with standard stamps.

The sign up period for the following month ends on the last day of each month. (For example, if you sign up on March 31st, you will receive the April print as your first mailer.)

Previous mail club prints, stickers, and more will be available for purchase starting in April. Please allow 5-8 business days for previous mail club items to ship.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds; however, if your mailer arrives damaged or does not arrive after 14 days (USA) or 21 days (international), please contact us at enchantedpathwayprints@gmail.com so we can make it right.
